Payments made on the platform are processed by our payment provider Stripe.

CREAVL does not directly store full payment information (such as bank card numbers). This information is collected and processed directly by Stripe in accordance with its own privacy policy.

In certain cases, in particular when activating payments for creators or to comply with legal obligations (for example tax requirements or fraud prevention), certain identity information may be requested. These checks are carried out by Stripe.
